▪️ Most types of construction or alterations require a zoning permit. Please call the zoning inspector at (740) 816-6209
▪️ All driveway permits in the township are handled by the Delaware County Engineer’s office and can be reached at (740) 833-2400
▪️ The township or county is responsible for all road right of ways and ditches on township or county roads. DO NOT place any decorations, landscaping, or items (other than mailboxes) in the road right of way.
▪️ Residents installing solar panels need to obtain a zoning permit from the township and a permit from the Delaware County Building Safety Department.
