**Attention Troy Twp residents** Please CLICK HERE to complete this year’s regional planning survey. The responses regional planning receives will provide insight into our demographics and what residents would like to see throughout the township & Delaware County.

Welcome to Troy Twp

Troy Township is mainly a single-family residential, rural area.  With the northern expansion of Delaware City, the southern portion of the Township may encounter suburban growth pressures in the future.  The Olentangy River and Delaware Lake are two significant features in the township recommended for conservation through lower densities and encouragement of conservation subdivision design.  The US 23 corridor is to be the commercial base of the township, with access management and architectural guidelines strongly emphasized.

The Troy Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on November 20th at 8:00 p.m. at the Troy Township Hall located at 4293 U.S. 23 North Delaware, Ohio for the purpose of the creation of eight (8) tax increment financing incentive districts within Troy Township pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5709.73(C). All interested township residents are encourage to attend.
