The Troy Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Troy Township Hall, 4293 U.S. Highway 23 North, Delaware, Ohio 43015, for the purpose of considering amendments to the Troy Township Zoning Resolution, as recommended by the Troy Township Zoning Commission, as follows:
Article VIII, Section 8.05(G) – Rear Yard Requirements
No principal dwelling shall be located closer than fifty (50) feet to the rear lot line of any lot. No accessory building, deck, patio, or other subordinate structure shall be located closer than twenty-five (25) feet to the rear lot line.
Article XV, Section 15.05(A)(2)
As approved on the final development plan.
The regular meeting of the Troy Township Board of Trustees will follow immediately after the public hearing.
