The US 23 corridor is to be the commercial base of the township, with access management and architectural guidelines strongly emphasized.

Open Letter To Troy Township Residents
As your Township Trustee's we would like to pass some information along to our residents who have AEP as their electric company. Many of you have taken part in the electric aggregation plan offered by Troy Township and administered by Trebel Electric. The electric aggregation program is to lock in costs for electric generation, the current aggregation program is locked in at its current price for another 2 years.
The Trustee's have been made aware that starting June 1, 2026 AEP is increasing their electric transmission cost approximately 20%, which is separate from the aggregation program/electric generation.

Notice is hereby given that the Troy Township Tax Incentive Review Council (TIRC) will hold its Annual Meeting on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Troy Township Hall, 4293 U.S. Highway 23 North, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the annual review of enterprise zone and tax increment financing (TIF) agreements as required by Ohio law.
Please note that the Troy Township Board of Trustees' Regular Meeting, normally scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m., will begin immediately following the adjournment of the TIRC Annual Meeting.
The public is welcome to attend.
